How to pass verification with id.gov.ua using Diia.Digital Signature?

If you use Electronic Signature, then you can easily pass verification using service id.gov.ua by Ministry of Digital Transformation. After successful identification system will pass data, which will allow us to verify your profile, and sometimes your business.

How to get verified using an Electronic Signature on id.gov.ua?

We collect the following data: full name and TIN. We need this data to verify that you are the owner of the account. After passing the verification, you will get access to the platform payments and the status of a verified user. Also, after successful verification, the name and surname on the Della platform will be automatically changed (according to the name and surname of the person who will undergo verification).

I don’t have Diia app, what should I do?

You need to prepare document that verifies your identity - ID card, Passport or Driver License, after that we will ask you to make a photo of your document and selfie (photo of yourself). To submit your verification you need to have a web-camera on your computer, or you can use your smartphone. Automated systems will compare that your photo and photo in the document. After that it will check that your document is valid.

What documents can I get verified with?

id.gov.ua is a platform where you can conveniently and safely pass electronic identification using Diia.Signature or e-signatures (on file, cloud or other secure media).

What is id.gov.ua?

Verification is the level of security that prevents unscrupulous users from accessing the platform, who could register by providing false company documents or through other fraudulent activities. Therefore, adding a business is possible only after passing verification and confirming belonging to the added business.

Why can I add a Business only after verification?

Thanks to verification, we are able to build more trusting relationships between users of our platform. The purpose of verification is only to confirm that you are the owner of the account.
